GLA are proud to announce their appointment as the exclusive distributor of the Mainline Power Track System for Australia and New Zealand.
Mainline is an innovative, track-based power distribution system which allows flexible access to power when and where it is needed. With Mainline you have the ability to safely and easily add, remove and reposition adapters anywhere along the track, offering a truly convenient and flexible power solution. The system is safe and cost effective to install, minimising the need to use power boards and extension leads.
Features & Benefits
- Complete flexible access to power: Furniture placement is no longer governed by the location of fixed power points. Mainline enables furniture to be positioned wherever desired, then outlets are added where required.
- Improved safety: Less terminations and reconnections when compared to traditional power points. Lower potential for a hot spot (excessive heat rise) being created, reducing the risk of fires when a fault situation occurs.
- Removable adapters: Power points can be removed when not in use. This further improves safety and eliminates possible circuit leakage, resulting in less energy being consumed and therefore lower CO2 emissions.
- Minimalist design: Allowing incorporation and blending into its environment, Mainline can add to the aesthetics of a room.
- Greater flexibility for design: Mainline provides greater flexibility for designers, architects, developers, builders and end users, saving countless hours of work trying to determine power point locations to allow for current and possible further furniture placement and room layout changes.
How Mainline Works
To access power simply insert the Mainline adaptor into the track and turn clockwise to the ‘ON’ position. Add as many adaptors (power points) as you need (subject to power consumption limits) in complete safety and at your convenience.
